The Office of Special Education Policy Letters are reproductions of the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education letters issued since June 4, 1997. PaTTAN has organized the letters and archived them for access in a searchable format. Use the search form to locate appropriate OSEP letters.

In some instances, "blank" areas are due to redacted information, for example "names".

To find the desired policy letter, you may apply each or all of the following searches:

1. Search by recipient's LAST name
2. Search by date of the letter
3. Search a "range" of dates by selecting a start date and end date. If you want to search on one date, select the same date for start and end date.
4. Search by single topic.
