Resources

This section includes statewide training materials related to the implementation of Chapter 14. School districts and Intermediate Units are welcome to use any of these materials for local training opportunities. These materials cover major changes both in preschool early intervention and school-age programs including:

• An annotated Evaluation Report (ER)
• An Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Sample ERs and IEPs for an early intervention, elementary, middle and high school age student
• Suggested forms for use in data collection in the assessment process, as well as reporting progress
