Statistics

The statistics on this web site can be viewed monthly, for the current school year, and cumulatively for previous years beginning with school year 2003-04.  The statistics are presented for two categories:  Due Process Hearing Requests and Mediation Requests.

Beginning with July 2006, each monthly report shows the number of new requests received for each intermediate unit area and specific school districts within that intermediate unit area from the first of the month to the end of the month.  In addition, the monthly reports provide information on cases that closed between the first of the month and the end of the month, regardless of the initial request date.
